Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technology Architect with strong experience in Health Cloud to support the ATLAS program for CVS/Aetna Service Operations. This role focuses on building a scalable workflow platform integrating Salesforce with modern cloud and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud & Service Cloud
Build workflow-driven platforms for service operations
Integrate Salesforce with AWS, Kafka, and enterprise data platforms
Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery

Required Skills :-

Salesforce Health Cloud & Service Cloud
Integration: APIs, Kafka, middleware
Cloud: AWS
Data platforms (Data360 or similar)
Strong architecture & design experience
Agile / SAFe environment experience

Preferred Skills
