  • Support issue resolution and escalation management to minimize project delays.
  • Manage projects from technician dispatch through work order completion and technician release.
  • Provide ongoing status updates and communications to stakeholders throughout the installation process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Installation success rates
  • Project milestone attainment
  • Timeliness of hourly and project status updates
  • Documentation and reporting accuracy
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Effective issue resolution and escalation management

  • Experience coordinating field technicians, service teams, or installation personnel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, customers, and field resources.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires real-time problem solving and decision making.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand installation workflows and service delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to stay organized while juggling competing priorities.
  • Excellent follow-through on project updates and documentation.
