Desktop Management / Infrastructure Services (IS) Site Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Management   Infrastructure Services (IS) Site Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support and infrastructure services at our Pensacola, FL location. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless desktop operations, end-user support, and site-level IT infrastructure stability.

As a Site Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop environments, supporting network connectivity, and collaborating with centralized infrastructure teams to maintain optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop and site support for end users across the organization

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Support Active Directory, user account management, and group policies

• Manage ticketing systems and ensure SLA adherence

• Perform break/fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities

• Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Support infrastructure services including servers, backups, and patching

• Coordinate with vendors and remote infrastructure teams

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Desktop Support / Site Support / IT Infrastructure

• Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (Dell/HP laptops & desktops)

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Experience working in enterprise IT environments

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in an onsite support role

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

• Exposure to SCCM, Intune, JAMF

• ITIL knowledge or certification

• Basic knowledge of VMware or server environments
