Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, business-savvy Change and Project Management Specialist to manage how our AI team communicates with internal employees. This role will grow our AI presence on SharePoint, create compelling content, and help employees understand, adopt, and responsibly use AI tools across the organization. This position is suited for an individual who blends marketing creativity, change management discipline, and technical fluency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the AI team's internal SharePoint page, including publishing timely, engaging updates and resources.
- Create clear, concise, and relevant content for a non-technical audience.
- Translate AI and IT concepts into plain language using strong storytelling and communication fundamentals.
- Identify training needs and build an AI training catalog for internal employees.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and curate learning materials, guides, and best practices.
- Support AI change management efforts by helping employees understand the "why" behind AI initiatives.
- Reinforce responsible AI usage, including applying human review and common sense to AI-generated outputs.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and the broader business.
- Occasionally present to internal audiences on AI-related topics.
- Encourage curiosity, learning, and adoption across the organization.
- Stay current on AI trends and internal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Background in marketing, communications, or content strategy, with a proven ability to create engaging material.
- Experience with or exposure to change management initiatives.
Technical Skills:- Strong SharePoint experience, including content creation and page management.
- Understanding of IT and AI-related terminology, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Comfortable using AI tools while understanding the importance of human review, editing, and context.
Preferred Qualifications
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
- Creative thinker with strong application of thought.
- Confident communicator who can engage audiences through writing and occasional public speaking.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance structure with creativity.
