Schedule Requirements:
- Fully onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, five days per week.
- Overnight shift: 11:00 PM?7:30 AM.
- The weekly schedule will include at least one weekend day.

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing technical processes? We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our client?s Technical Operations function.
In this critical onsite position, you will directly influence the efficiency and stability of real-time systems while working within a secure, fast-paced operational environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in capturing, documenting, and enhancing the technical workflows that underpin live operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Shadow and meticulously document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Map complex technical processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Draft clear, concise process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support.
- Real-time operations or command-center environments.
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration.
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Ability to work on-site in a secure facility (background check required).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24/7 support environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
- Comfort collaborating effectively with technical infrastructure teams.
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
