Technical Analyst responsible for Power Platform testing, including PIT (product integration) testing and UAT testing. The primary focus is executing test scripts, validating functionality, and supporting a fast-moving testing cycle. The role is execution-heavy, with potential to take on light coordination depending on skill level and ramp-up speed.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to quickly learn the project and begin contributing with minimal delay.

Primary Responsibilities
? Execute PIT and UAT testing for Power Platform solutions.
? Follow and execute existing test scripts and test data accurately.
? Log defects clearly and consistently; validate fixes as they are delivered.
? Support testing cycles by ?driving? execution once ramped up (after initial shadowing).
? Participate in testing-related meetings and status discussions.
? Work closely with Technical Analysts and leads to receive direction and feedback.
? Adapt responsibilities based on skill level (pure execution vs. light coordination).

Technical Skills & Experience
? Experience testing Power Platform solutions and Model Driven Applications (Power Apps, Power Automate preferred).
? Strong understanding of UAT and functional testing processes.
? Experience executing predefined test scripts and test cases.
? Comfortable working with test data and validating expected vs. actual results.
? Familiarity with defect tracking and test documentation.
? Able to work in enterprise environments with structured testing processes.
? Tools experience with QTest and Jira
