Job Description: Oracle Training Specialist (Finance)
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview
The Oracle Training Specialist will serve as the client's primary Training Lead for the Oracle Finance modules. This role supports both pre‐go‐live and post‐go‐live phases and is responsible for delivering training, updating documentation, and supporting system adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training efforts for the Oracle Finance module across client teams.
- Conduct training sessions in collaboration with functional and technical leads.
- Update and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and reference guides.
- Customize Client‐provided materials to client's specific processes and requirements.
- Provide support during SIT1, including user readiness and hands‐on training.
- Assist in resolving training‐related questions and ensuring end‐user understanding.
- Support ongoing training needs beyond go‐live as part of long‐term system stabilization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands‐on experience with Oracle Finance modules.
- Prior experience in training delivery, curriculum updates, and end‐user support.
- Ability to translate system functionality into clear, user‐friendly material.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Professional, polished, and able to represent the project team effectively.
