Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients in all matters related to insurance coverage.
- Handle complex insurance coverage cases, including analysis, risk assessment, litigation, and resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in insurance coverage laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client cases.
- Participate in business development activities, promoting the firm's insurance coverage services to prospective clients.
- Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on insurance coverage and substantial trial expertise.
- Experience representing non-profit organizations and individuals.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven track record of successful insurance coverage case management and resolution.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
