Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive key finance transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects that optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the governance committee, enabling them to prioritize key focus areas.
Manage and support multiple finance transformation projects, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Master Data initiatives.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare governance materials, and proactively address concerns to keep projects on track.
Extract and analyze data from various systems, ensuring accurate reporting to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external consultants to align efforts and ensure project objectives are met.
Assist in developing business cases and project charters that clearly define goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Lead project management activities, including timeline creation, resource allocation, risk assessment, and reporting.
Facilitate communication across finance, IT, supply chain, and other departments, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Support change management efforts by providing training and promoting adoption of new processes and solutions.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and standard methodologies like Agile to maintain consistent metrics and reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in system implementation and process optimization within a manufacturing or similar industry.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel and JIRA to manage data and streamline workflows.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
Demonstrated expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
Skilled in analyzing complex datasets to uncover root causes and recommend solutions.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience in change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
