Our client is seeking a Customer Engineer in Los Angeles, CA.

Role Description

What is the role doing? (For example, deployment, configuration, support)
Riot Games - Customer Support Specialist (Los Angeles, CA)
Monitor Slack (#AskIT); engage end users
Create SNOW tickets from Slack
Review/assign SNOW tickets; ensure hygiene, KB use, and proper escalations
Train on top 5 L1 issues and reassignment process
Complete time reporting & new resource onboarding
Review contract and RACI (CC & Riot)
Sign code of conduct; review OSM
Site tour: support areas, inventory, build space
Obtain physical access to required areas
Gain SNOW access (queues, reports, dashboards)
Receive CC performance assessment
Complete refresh training as needed based on assessment

Skills & Requirements

What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed?
Preferred: Cisco CCNA with 3+ years of networking experience (minimum)
Familiar with ServiceNow ticketing system and Slack channel monitoring
Are there any professional accreditations required for the role? Any Cisco certifications (preferred)
What are the 'nice to have' skills/experience?
Clear, professional verbal and written communication
Active listening and strong customer engagement
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Troubleshooting L1/L2 IT issues (hardware, software, networking basics)
ServiceNow ticket management and documentation
Slack-based support and real-time issue triage
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
