Job Summary:
• Join our team as a QA Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of financial applications.
• This hybrid role, based in the Charlotte, NC region, involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts using leading technology tools.
• The position is contract-based, offering opportunities to work with cutting-edge financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automated test cases for financial applications.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document test plans, data, and results for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in scripting or programming languages with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Recent experience in fixed income domain, including knowledge of interest rate swaps and related derivatives.
• Understanding of trading workflows and business validations for automated testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Swaps experience as a plus
