Design the technical architecture for core functionalities, including:
o Unified platform to track projects from pipeline through portfolio and enable allocation model automation for fund allocation (refer High level requirements in section 7)
o Allocation model - The system should enable users to assess transactions against predefined eligibility criteria and automatically allocate funds proportionally across existing programs. It must support adjustments when parameters change, integrate seamlessly into current workflows, provide transparency through audit trails, and deliver real-time reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
o Ability to view and update syndication pipeline and portfolio data in real time.
o Built-in workflows to trigger notifications and actions as projects move through different stages - Stage Management
o Capture and manage all investor interactions, feedback, and contacts in a structured manner.
o Real-time data synchronization between IFC and data platform systems.
• Develop integration plans to ensure seamless communication between existing IFC systems and the new platform.
• Establish security protocols and compliance measures for data handling and system access.
• Ensure the architecture supports below:
o Real-time status alerts.
o Pipeline and Portfolio monitoring for IFC Syndications projects
o Allocation model automation for fund allocation
o Advanced reporting for strategic insights.
• Optimize system performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers to implement event-driven automation processes.
1. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and React JS.
• 8 + years’ experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Dynamics for workflow and business process automation.
• Expertise in system integration, cloud platforms (Azure), and data security.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, including SAP, Loan Servicing etc.
• Knowledge of financial operations, loan repayment processes, and CRM.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data validation techniques.
• Experience in Dataverse data modelling.
• Experience in IT development of financial modelling system is a plus.
• Experience in use of AI/Copilot in Power Platform is a plus.
Strong communication and documentation skills to align technical designs with business requirements.
