Job Summary

We are looking for a SailPoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role involves building workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations that support user provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Configure and customize connectors, workflows, rules, policies, and certifications.
Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access requests.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain build maps, LCM events, custom rules, and Java-based extensions.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and production support for SailPoint environments.
Create and maintain documentation, workflow diagrams, test plans, and test scripts.
Support UAT, troubleshoot defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong Java development background.
Experience with IAM concepts such as provisioning, access certification, role management, and governance.
Knowledge of integration methods, connectors, and custom rule development.
Experience writing technical documentation and test cases.
Ability to analyze requirements and design scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

2 3+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
Experience with upgrades, production support, and compliance reporting.
Exposure to system development lifecycle processes and UAT.
Experience with role-based access control, identity governance, and security compliance.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with custom JARs, disconnected applications, or CSV-based imports.
Familiarity with debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
Experience working with enterprise IAM programs in large organizations.
