Job Description:

• Designing, building, and maintaining applications that extend the functionality of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Creating custom applications, add-ins, and automated workflows using the Microsoft 365 Developer Platform.
• Building automated processes and low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Designing and implementing seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems utilizing Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.
• Extending SharePoint Online using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to create custom web parts and extensions.
• Deploying solutions across multiple environments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Developing "collaborative apps" such as bots, message extensions, and tabs that run directly within Microsoft Teams.
• Managing cross-functional collaboration across security, networking, and business units to execute tenant-to-tenant OneDrive and M365 migrations.
• Configuring Copilot Studio connectors to integrate external data sources and APIs, enabling contextual and data-driven responses.
• Customizing copilots with adaptive cards and workflow integrations to handle tasks like HR queries, time-off requests, and IT support.
• Integrating Microsoft Copilot with SharePoint to automate document management workflows, facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring real-time content updates across teams.
• Integrating third party tools with Power Automate/PowerApps using Rest API.
• Recreating existing SharePoint 2010/2013 designer workflows using Power Automate.
• Conducting meetings and discovery sessions with business owners to gather the requirements for migrating sites/site contents from existing SharePoint 2016 to M365 SharePoint Online.
• Implementing DevOps and ALM strategies using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, enabling CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management.
• Configuring and maintaining Azure AD Connect for seamless integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, ensuring reliable identity synchronization and management.
• Integrated Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and cloud-based IAM systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM) for consistent access management across hybrid environments.
