Planner Estimator - w/ hands on exp. Background Apprentice or journeyman The Planner Estimator II will be operating at the Big Bend power station and is responsible in a line capacity to the Manager, Construction/Manager Planning & Contractor Services. Responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling all capital project, outage and maintenance related activities from initiation to completion in a cost-effective manner in accordance with the procedure for Planning Contracted Work ES-CM-100.
