RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Walker, MI. Key Responsibilities: * Help Desk Technician will respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues * Log and track support tickets using a help desk ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira) * Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support as necessary * Assist with the setup
