Job DescriptionPrimary Duties Provide ongoing support of bioMrieux products/systems within the U.S. by performing simultaneous fine tuning and spectral checks, including troubleshooting as indicated. Assist with coordination and maintaining the routine fine tuning customer schedule. Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure documentation of activities in ERP system, consulting as appropriate with Application Specialist, System Engineer, Management, and Global Customer Support.
