Requirements: 5 or more years of telecom experience including site acquisition, construction, integration, optimization process knowledge Strong Customer focus Highly Developed Knowledge of project management skills, with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and deliverable management. Ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously Effective communicator, written and oral with ability to present to management Previous experience in a matrix organization
