Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL and IBM InfoSphere DataStage. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, create data mappings, support ETL processes, and deliver high-quality data solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Create data mapping documents and transformation rules.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product owners.
- Design and validate ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Review Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Monitor data jobs and resolve data-related issues.
- Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Experience
- 7–9 years as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (complex SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Hands-on IBM InfoSphere DataStage experience.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, and data migration projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
