Key responsibilities include: Machine setup and configuration based on tooling and CAD inputs Tuning machines for different materials (textiles, silicone, leather, synthetics, adhesives) Executing prototype builds and supporting early-stage to pre-production scaling Troubleshooting machine/process issues impacting build quality and cycle time Providing feedback on manufacturability and process improvements We are particularly looking for candidates with: Strong hands-on experience in softgoods
