Vaco Technology is currently looking for a technical support specialist to assist our client in setting up IT Hardware at their remote locations over the phone. This will be a short-term contract at the clients location on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Key Responsibilities Assist with pre-project setup and reconfiguration where needed Support printer setup, including static IP assignment (step-by-step process provided) Ensure devices are properly connected to firewall ports and accessible
