Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are a leading construction firm seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Denver Metro Area. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting commercial construction projects. This role is not just about managing timelines and budgets; it's about being the driving force that propels our projects to success. You will have the chance to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and make a significant impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the project, from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
2. Track project schedules meticulously, and assist with maintaining construction timelines.
3. Actively participate in project meetings, maintain meeting notes, and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
4. Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and project reporting, ensuring financial accountability at all stages of the project.
5. Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure alignment between office and jobsite activities, serving as a crucial link between the two.
6. Help manage project closeout documentation, ensuring all necessary records are accurately maintained and easily accessible for future reference.
7. Foster a culture of communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management working at a Commercial General Contractor
2. Proven experience supporting commercial construction projects is preferred.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in project management software, with a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
6. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
7. A results-driven approach, with the ability to stay focused and motivated even when faced with challenges.
