We are seeking an experienced Product Lead – Customer Rebate Automation to drive the transformation of customer rebate programs from manual, spreadsheet-based processes into a scalable, integrated, and automated enterprise platform.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in customer rebates, incentives, trade promotions, pricing, revenue management, or related domains, combined with a solid understanding of enterprise applications, data management, integrations, governance, and financial controls.
In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for customer rebate automation. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Credit, Merchandising, and Technology teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business value.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Rebate Automation.
Lead the end-to-end automation of the rebate lifecycle, including:
Customer enrollment
Program assignment
Eligibility management
Rebate calculations
Settlements and payouts
Reporting and reconciliation
Translate complex business processes and rebate rules into clear, scalable product requirements and functional capabilities.
Define and manage requirements related to customer hierarchies, account relationships, eligibility criteria, exceptions, payout controls, settlements, and financial reporting.
Develop and drive the integration strategy across rebate platforms, CRM, ERP, MDM, data platforms, and payment systems.
Partner with Technology and Architecture teams to deliver integrations involving Salesforce, Reltio MDM, Oracle Cloud ERP, Kafka, Snowflake, and payment platforms.
Establish and maintain strong data governance, auditability, operational controls, reconciliation processes, and financial compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams and implementation partners through product planning, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Identify process, data, integration, and architecture gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Establish success metrics and continuously improve the product based on business outcomes, user feedback, and operational performance.
Drive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams and effectively communicate product priorities, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Systems, Business Transformation, Incentive Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience delivering customer rebate, incentive, loyalty, trade promotion, pricing, or revenue management solutions.
Strong understanding of customer hierarchies, account structures, eligibility rules, rebate calculations, settlements, reconciliation, and financial controls.
Proven ability to translate complex business rules and processes into scalable product requirements and technology solutions.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations involving one or more of the following:
Salesforce
Reltio MDM
Oracle Cloud ERP, including GL/AP/AR
Kafka
Snowflake
Payment platforms
Strong understanding of modern integration patterns, including REST APIs, SFTP, batch processing, and event-driven architectures.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a complex enterprise environment and balance strategic product priorities with execution and delivery.
Experience in retail, wholesale distribution, automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B environments.
Experience implementing or managing customer rebate SaaS platforms.
Experience developing customer-facing portals, dashboards, analytics, or self-service reporting solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
Experience with enterprise data governance, master data management, reconciliation, and financial audit requirements.
