Summary

Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL - 5 days onsite

Type: 6 month plus

Notes

They may have supported POS systems, restaurant hardware, field technology deployments, or restaurant operations technology.
They need to be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, communicating with vendors, organizing project activities, and ensuring new technologies are successfully tested and deployed into restaurants.
the successful candidate will naturally possess strong project coordination skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
5+ years of experience in Restaurant Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, or a related field.
Experience supporting, implementing, or troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. (this can also be from time working in restaurants using a POS system in college)
Exposure to restaurant technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, kitchen display systems, networking equipment, or similar technologies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives.
Pluses:
- Experience working in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, retail, or restaurant technology environments.
- Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, or innovation labs.
- Experience supporting hardware deployments or technology rollouts across multiple locations
