JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst
JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Pontiac, MI
Duration: 6 months - CONTRACT [NO BENEFITS]
Experience level: 5+ years
Work model: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week onsite. Remote days require an adequate home office and standard working hours.
JOB SUMMARY: This role is for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supporting projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. The candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for project assignments. The BSA applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to support the project and make sure deliverables meet specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data analysis.
- Write technical requirements.
- Test and implement technology solutions.
- Conduct research.
- Create procedures to improve existing systems.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Write Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract scopes of deliverables.
MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience using the M365 productivity suite.
- Data analytics experience.
- Self-starter who takes ownership of project assignments.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with contracts and Requests for Proposals.
- Experience with the Webex Calling platform or telecommunications expense management.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery).
