Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management.Proven experience in S/4HANA Service Management implementations or upgrades.Deep understanding of service processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, and warranties.Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects.Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
