Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. Configure and manage FSL components including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies. Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to support business requirements. Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems. Configure and enhance Salesforce Mobile App for field workforce operations.
