Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst with strong knowledge of Employee Service Management applications including HR Service Delivery, Employee Relations, Employee Center, Journey Management, etc. The role will entail leading application process improvements and system enhancements as well as providing support for service requests, defects, and change requests. This is a fully remote position but follows an EST work schedule. Candidates must live and work in
