Qualified candidates who are also local to Richmond will be considered first. Mgr will consider remote but prefers hybrid (2 days/week) arrangement. Flexibility for remote work will be based on the experience level of the candidate, working NA% remote is NOT guaranteed. Working remotely will be determined by the mgr/team after some evaluation time has
