Job Description Summary Using business driven requirements, plans and designs enterprise systems supporting the Digital Workplace endpoint environment, including the evaluation and implementation of hardware and software products and engineers and tests technology solutions. Monitors the day-to-day performance of the infrastructure and works with project teams on the integration of new systems and workloads. Creates technical strategies and resolutions for complex problems, incidents, and outage
