Job DetailsJob Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Permanent Mechanical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where they can make a significant impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our diverse range of mechanical products and services, with a particular focus on manufacturing, application engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, air filtration, and air flow. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals and to grow professionally in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
2. Present and sell company mechanical products and services to new and existing customers.
3. Develop and implement unique sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
5. Work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and applications.
6. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
7. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
9. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market trends.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in manufacturing, application engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, air filtration, and air flow.
4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical products and their applications.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
10. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
