Job Summary:
PETADATA is seeking a highly experienced Murex Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience in capital markets and risk management. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Murex and mandatory experience in Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to support and enhance Murex implementations for a global financial client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to Murex functionalities.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Murex functional modules.
Collaborate with front office, risk, treasury, and regulatory teams to deliver solutions.
Lead implementation and support of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) within Murex.
Drive system configuration, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Perform impact analysis and propose scalable functional solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams for development, integration, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards.
Lead UAT cycles, stakeholder discussions, and production support activities.
Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in Murex functional consulting.
Strong expertise in the Murex (MX.3) platform.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR).
Deep understanding of financial instruments: Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, etc.
Strong domain expertise in capital markets, treasury, and risk management.
Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance.
Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience working with global financial institutions.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
