Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities- Image approximately 40 new laptops and re-image older devices
- Provide day-to-day desktop and system administration support
- Manage devices through MDM platforms
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
- Support Azure and Azure AD environments
- Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
- Assist with Microsoft migration activities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide onsite end-user support and maintain documentation
Required Skills- Experience with Windows imaging and deployment
- Strong knowledge of MDM tools (Intune preferred)
- Proficiency with Active Directory
- Experience supporting Azure / Azure AD
- Hands-on Intune device management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft migration processes
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
