Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Manhattan Associates solutions or related supply chain technology.
  • Strong techno-functional experience with Manhattan WMS.
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse management and supply chain execution processes.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
  • Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and EDI.
  • Experience with enterprise application integrations.
  • Ability to create functional and technical design documentation.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
