Manhattan WMS Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Specialist responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Manhattan WMS functionalities.
- Handle warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Troubleshoot WMS issues and provide production support.
- Work on integrations with ERP, TMS, and other warehouse systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing, enhancements, deployments, and system upgrades.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (WMOS / Manhattan Active).
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of SQL, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience in incident management and production support.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
