Job Title: Lead RPA Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months plus Contract (Potential Full-Time)

Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in UIPath (mandatory)
Experience with other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism, etc.)
Exposure to Agentic AI / Intelligent Automation
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, CSV/Flat files
Hands-on experience in end-to-end RPA lifecycle (Design Development Testing Deployment)
Experience in SDD, PDD documentation
Ability to lead a team and interact with clients
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UIPath
Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD)
Work closely with stakeholders for requirements and solutioning
Monitor and maintain automation workflows
Ensure integration with systems and applications
Support testing, deployment, and post-production fixes

Certification

UIPath Advanced Certification (Required)
