RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Associate III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
We are building the client's outbound sales engine from the ground up. We're a proactive, human concierge motion that calls high-intent customers and prospects to book Full Service expert appointments ahead of tax season. Our outbound concierge campaigns are a primary lever to get to our north star of pre-booked expert appointments before tax season starts.
The Outbound Sales Campaign Manager owns the end-to-end launch of new outbound concierge sales campaigns into live, compliant, well-instrumented outreach (across phone, SMS, and 2-way chat) in the hands of our concierge team. You are the connective tissue across Data Science, Marketing, Sales Enablement/L&D, the Expert Network, and Marketing Ops: you define the audience and the call to action, coordinate the list pull and scoring, stand the campaign up in Salesforce, author the talk tracks, chat/SMS templates, and call guidance, partner with Enablement to train the floor, lock the disposition and reporting model, and report results to leadership.
This is a high-velocity, build-it-as-you-fly role. In a single season, we spin up campaigns to impact nearly every step in the sales funnel - often on tight turnarounds and against limited concierge capacity. These campaigns span multiple channels - proactive phone, SMS, and 2-way chat - and multiple lead sources, including marketing lists, leads passed from our Care/Support teams, and in-product placements that capture high-intent signals such as shopping-cart abandoners. Success means more campaigns launched quickly, cleanly, and in alignment with stakeholders, as each one measurably contributes to the success of our customers completing their tax returns with our Tax Experts.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, demand-gen, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, Financial Services, or complex B2C environments
* Ability to thrive in ambiguity. This is a startup environment within a large company; processes change quickly, and you will often be building the plane while flying it
* Experience using Salesforce (managing lead stages, building reports, and influencing user interface)
* Exceptional verbal and written skills - must be able to distill complex and various experiences into simple to understand narratives

* Sales efficiency - Meetings/Contact and Meetings/Conversation across channels on launched campaigns, holding or improving as capacity scales
* Campaign launch velocity & throughput - time from concept to live dials; number of campaigns launched per season; clean go-lives (lists loaded, scripts ready, floor trained, compliance gates passed)
* Contribution to the business-wide appointments goal - appointments (Meetings) attributable to campaigns this role launched and the share of the overall target they drive
* Meeting file quality - the downstream metric proving campaigns produce meetings with customers that actually file
* Operational cleanliness - disposition/reporting integrity and zero compliance misses (DNC/consent) across launched campaigns
* Stakeholder enablement - floor readiness at launch and quality/timeliness of cross-functional partnership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
