Summary

Technology Adoption & Enablement Manager

Location: New York, NY 3days onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Rate : W2 only

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement, Communications & Change Leadership

  • Advise project teams and business leaders on embedding adoption and communication strategies
  • Align messaging through appropriate channels and trusted voices
  • Influence stakeholders and drive consistency in communication across initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated communication and adoption plans in partnership with Program, HR, and Corporate Communications teams
  • Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to drive awareness, understanding, and behavior change
  • Collaborate on defining success metrics and tracking adoption and engagement

ERP Transformation

  • Lead the development and coordination of enterprise-wide communication and adoption strategies for ERP implementation
  • Simplify complex system changes into clear, actionable messaging for employees
  • Drive organizational readiness through targeted campaigns, stakeholder alignment, and integrated training initiatives

New Building Initiatives

  • Lead communications supporting workplace transformation and relocation efforts in partnership with Corporate Communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable new ways of working (e.g., hybrid models, smart workplace tools)
  • Develop onboarding materials and knowledge resources for new workplace environments

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience supporting ERP initiatives and workplace transitions
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly messaging
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in organizational change management and training development (certification preferred)
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
