IT Engineer – Enterprise Printing & Endpoint Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with expertise in Enterprise Printing and Endpoint Infrastructure to support a large retail enterprise. This role focuses on engineering, administration, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms across retail stores and supply chain environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Windows, enterprise printing, firmware management, troubleshooting, and endpoint support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure or Endpoint Engineering experience

• Hands-on experience with Lexmark and Zebra Printers

• Strong PowerShell scripting experience

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support enterprise Lexmark & Zebra printer environments.

• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, driver, networking, and printer configuration issues.

• Manage firmware testing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle activities.

• Administer Lexmark MarkVision Enterprise (MVE).

• Perform device discovery, inventory management, and configuration standardization.

• Create technical documentation, SOPs, implementation guides, and knowledge articles.

• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, deployment, supply chain, and vendor teams.

• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Support enterprise endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain locations.
