JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must Have Experience in: Handling Printers specifically with Lexmark and Zebra (troubleshooting etc..) & Must have experience with Endpoint and PowerShell.
Will work on a team responsible for Microsoft client infrastructure used in retail and corporate environments and be responsible for a wide variety of endpoint types, but mostly focused on Lexmark and Zebra print infrastructure and management.
Position Summary/Job Description:
Seeking a self-motivated IT Engineer with extensive experience in managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and management tools within a large retail enterprise.
Supports enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments.
Responsible for engineering, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware management, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
Partners with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve device reliability, standardization, and supportability.
