GRC Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a GRC Analyst III in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
A large organization is seeking a senior-level GRC Analyst III to support enterprise cyber risk management and compliance initiatives. This role partners closely with cybersecurity, legal, audit, and executive stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment, manage cyber risk, and mature the overall GRC program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and control frameworks aligned with NIST 800-53, HIPAA, CJIS, and PCI-DSS
* Lead enterprise cyber risk assessments, including cloud, application, and third-party/vendor risk
* Maintain the enterprise risk register and provide risk-based recommendations to leadership
* Serve as the primary liaison for internal/external audits and regulatory assessments
* Oversee control implementation, testing, monitoring, and reporting across IT and business systems
* Lead third-party risk assessments and support vendor risk mitigation efforts
* Drive continuous improvement of the GRC program
* Mentor junior team members and support security awareness initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field
* 6-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or audit

Preferred Certifications:
* CISSP, CRISC, CISA
* CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT
* CHPS
* PCI (ISA or QSA)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
