Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Senior Program Manager.

Overview:
We're partnering with a leading MSO (Multiple System Operator) to bring on a Program Manager III who can hit the ground running and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the Product Team. This is not your first rodeo-you know how to own the program lifecycle, wrangle cross-functional stakeholders, and keep tools like JIRA and Chalk dialed in. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-heavy environment and can drive initiatives forward without needing hand-holding, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain JIRA structures including board configuration, roadmap views, and reporting dashboards
* Support portfolio tracking and reporting activities across the product space
* Collaborate with multiple internal partner teams to ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables
* Proactively follow up on assigned action items, timelines, and blockers
* Coordinate and align stakeholders across business units to keep programs moving smoothly
* Provide day-to-day program support for Product team leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep experience with JIRA (structure boards, dashboard customization, roadmap views)
* Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Self-starter mentality - you chase down details, drive clarity, and take initiative
* Highly organized with a knack for keeping many moving parts aligned
* Positive, collaborative attitude - plays nice in the sandbox

Nice-to-Have:
* Experience in Video/Entertainment products or Digital Marketplace platforms
* Familiarity with Chalk
* Previous experience working with or for MSO/Telecom company

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
