Summary

We are seeking an experienced PagerDuty SME (Subject Matter Expert) to manage, optimize, and support incident response and on-call operations using . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in alerting, incident management, escalation workflows, and integration with enterprise monitoring tools.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of IT operations / production support experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with administration and support.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, alerting, and IT operations.
  • Experience integrating with monitoring and ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell is a plus.
