Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst or Project Coordination experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office Products. (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Office Products)
  • Financial Services experience - Merchant Services or Payment Networks is a huge plus
  • Candidate needs to be a self-starter that is detailed oriented.
  • Ability to track tasks from intake to completion to ensure work is being managed timely.


What You Will Be Doing
  • Will be responsible for monitoring requests that come into a shared mailbox to meet SLA's.
  • Log requests for team, manage outstanding requests and update log as progress is made.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills - will not be communicating with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
