Senior .NET Software Engineer Work Location: Austin, TX (Preferred) / Richfield, OH / Southlake, TX (100% On-site)
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Minimum qualifications - 6 years of experience in software development or a comparable position.
- Experience with .NET software engineering and development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 100% on-site at one of the listed locations.
Preferred qualifications - 10 years of experience in software development or a comparable position.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong track record of successfully analyzing and resolving complex, client-reported software issues.

You will play a crucial part in the entire software development lifecycle, from interpreting technical specifications to developing, testing, and maintaining software. Your work will directly impact our clients by ensuring they receive top-tier support and robust, defect-free applications.
Responsibilities - Interpret written requirements and technical specifications to design software solutions for business problems.
- Develop software based on established technical specifications.
- Analyze and investigate problems with software solutions reported by clients, and document the results of your investigations.
- Perform ongoing software maintenance and correct defects that are identified during the maintenance process.
- Run unit tests on software you create, implement test plans and test harnesses, and thoroughly document test results.
- Investigate and suggest actionable solutions to defects and problems detected during the testing phase.
