Hiring: SAP HCM Consultant (SuccessFactors Employee Central)

Location: 100% Remote (US Eastern Time Zone)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support and enhance existing implementations across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, and Learning modules.

This is a business-facing role, requiring strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level production support for Employee Central and related modules
Act as the primary point of contact for SuccessFactors issues and drive resolution end-to-end
Manage interfaces and integrations to support evolving business needs
Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Support testing activities (regression, upgrades, validations)
Handle day-to-day tickets and prioritize based on business impact
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors
Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance checks
Support data replication issues (EC to Payroll / ECC)
Document system changes and support knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Hands-on experience in at least one:
- Recruiting
- Onboarding 2.0
- Learning
Strong expertise in Employee Central configuration (business rules, workflows)
Experience with data replication (EC Payroll / ECC)
Experience with mass data loads & data management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Nice to Have

Experience with Employee Central Payroll
SAP SuccessFactors certification
Experience in integration & interface support
