Role: Service Desk Coordinator

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Pensacola, FL

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of IT concepts, enterprise systems, and common technical terminology.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical, operational, and system issues.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional, user-friendly soft skills.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with accuracy while multitasking

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

3+ years of Tier 1 support in a call center or high-volume customer service experience.

Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow).

ITIL knowledge.
