Role Summary
This role combines advanced analytics, data engineering, and business strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with stakeholders to define business needs and designing robust technical solutions to meet those needs.
A strong emphasis is placed on data integration architecture and pipeline orchestration, with SnapLogic as a core platform for building, managing, and scaling enterprise data flows.
You will work cross-functionally with leaders in finance, engineering, data science, and user experience to deliver integrated data solutions and insights that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization
- Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end data integration pipelines using SnapLogic, including the design of reusable pipelines, error handling mechanisms, and scalable integration frameworks
- Leverage SnapLogic to integrate data from diverse enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and databases into centralized data environments
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure efficient ingestion, transformation, and availability of high-quality data
- Build intuitive and impactful data visualizations using modern BI tools, incorporating advanced interactivity features such as drill-through and navigation flows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and support strategic business initiatives
- Utilize technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA to process, analyze, and model large-scale datasets
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to define testing strategies, validation rules, and acceptance criteria for data pipelines and reporting solutions
- Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and operational efficiency through automation and standardization
Qualifications & Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with SnapLogic for building, orchestrating, and optimizing enterprise data integration pipelines (required)
- Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and advanced Excel
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analysis
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT frameworks, and API-based integrations
- Proven ability to design intuitive, impactful dashboards and data storytelling experiences
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-driven analysis and insight generation
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality outcomes on time
