Are you looking to launch or grow your IT career in a fast-paced, enterprise environment? We have the position for you!
As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you'll provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to problem solver for everyday technical issues involving hardware, software, account access, and enterprise applications. You'll gain valuable exposure to Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT operations within a global organization.
Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM PLUS 4 additional weekday hours (flexibility to choose when those hours are worked)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users, delivering professional and efficient support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and basic network connectivity
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration in Active Directory
  • Support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Create, categorize, document, and update incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining clear, detailed documentation
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in IT support or previous experience in a help desk/service desk role
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and general troubleshooting concepts
  • Exposure to Active Directory user management (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a ticket-based support environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
