Job DetailsOnsite role, 5 days per week (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)This position provides Tier 1 technical support to end users experiencing IT-related issues. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues such as password resets and software installations, and escalating more complex problems to higher-tier support teams as needed.
Additional Skills & Experience- Experience: 1+ year in a service or support role
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, networking, and communication systems
- Documentation: Ability to troubleshoot issues and accurately document findings
Service Desk Responsibilities- Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day technical support
- Responds to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, or other channels
- Logs and updates call and ticket information in the tracking system
- Interacts with users in a courteous, professional manner
- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues or escalates as appropriate
Project & Training Support- May provide input during project planning and requirements gathering
- May participate in support training prior to project launches
Customer Technology Support- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and performs minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following documented procedures
- Follows up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Clearly explains service processes and solutions to users

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
